I’m Vsevolods (Seva), and I believe digital systems should serve those who create their value.

For years, I worked at the heart of the digital economy. My journey began with building web applications, e-commerce platforms, and other tools that powered the rise of Web 2.0—a time of rapid growth, where social networks, online marketplaces, and digital platforms transformed how people connected, created, and transacted.

But the deeper I delved, the more I began to feel uneasy about the systems underpinning the digital economy—structures that often concentrated control and value in the hands of a few, while the contributions of users and creators remained largely unrecognized. It wasn’t a single failure or bad actor, but a pattern that no longer felt aligned with the values that first drew me to the web. Around 2017, I discovered blockchain technology, and it transformed how I viewed the digital world. It was the first time I encountered technology built to support people’s agency—rather than extract their attention or data—rooted in transparency, ownership, and collaboration. This was more than a technology; it was a movement toward a more equitable future and the spark that would become Provencraft.

Provencraft started as a deeply personal journey to build something meaningful in a space full of untapped potential. Today, it is about helping businesses and individuals leverage Web3 technologies to create a more open and equitable world. Through education, guidance, and implementation, we provide them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in this evolving space.
